With the appointment, she becomes the first female solo anchor of a network evening news broadcast
-----
I guess by default she will also be the first female to fail as an anchor of a network evening news broadcast.

"Most respected journalist in broadcasting?" Whoever wrote this must be off their meds.
Perky Katie joins a sinking ship at CBS. She will attract no more viewers in her new job as she did in the old. She is part of the reason why the alphabet networks have lost so many viewers to cable.
BTW, she is no "journalist." She is what the British call a "news presenter," in other words, a news reader.

scary wide open eyes.
just baaack away
(funny too, a "special" invitation to BUY your ticket)
CBS news is soooooooooo screwed. The only way they will get ratings is to fake the numbers. CBS is good a fake documents.

This will be the end of the male viewer at CBS.
There is no reason to watch any of the network news programs. Their news is old, days if not hours. There is zero depth. It is fully biased for the left, especially with anti-america couric.
Network news rots the brain.

she will do her first newscast like a typical feminist. She will be "professional" and manly because she thinks it makes her look more credible. It is already a farce.

"Private donors" ponied up a big sum ($115K?) to have Katie for the commencement
speaker at The University of Oklahoma this year.
Yes, there was some loud fallout afterwards...as in "how did this sh-t happen?".
