Have you ever seen the blooper reel from Monsters, Inc.? It's the funniest part of the film! I think those were purposefully animated, though some might have been animated to voice-recording bloopers. There are some technical animation bloopers in CG, such as a shot in Shrek where Donkey looked more like a Chia Pet®, though most CG bloopers are caught before final render.

Mike Wazowski's "company play" is worth the price of the DVD, but the whole movie is fantastic. In Cars, the outtakes really are the funniest part of the whole flick.
