I think we are splitting hairs here. Cardiac arrest or frying the brain end in the same result. A.C. ,at much lower voltages than D.C., can cause cardiac arrest due to the frequency that we generate A.C.

Not exactly, cardiac arrest can be corrected by re-application of current whereas a fried brain is like yesterday's breakfast.
