Oh for crying out loud... One thing that lawyers have a proclivity for is using the exact proper term when writing.

This is why GLADD is having these caniption fits.

These judges(lawyers) used the ACCURATE and PRECISE term for the homosexual lifestyle.

This means a WESTLAW or LEXIS search will come up with "sexual preference" when addressing the issue of homosexual marriage. Make no mistake, this opinion will be reference and will cause language problems for homosexual lawyers.

The have to either use "sexual preference" as the judges in NY or they have to explain WHY they are not using "sexual preference".

The MEME is broken with this opinion.

WHEN this goes to the US Supreme Court. It will be about sexual PREFERNCE not orientation.
