Actually, just an airburst near the Southeast Rift Zone of Kilauea might send the Hilina Pali area sliding into the sea. That would cause a VERY LARGE tsunami, which we in Hawaii will probably not survive.
Pearl Harbor would be just a memory. Only the ships at sea and airplanes in the air would have a chance.
Anybody knowledgeable about the effects of an airburt for the purpose of an ECM attack? Would a detonation over the Pacific involve only Hawaii, or beyond to CONUS?
