Is he a "leader" or not?

He's Gay so are most of the Diocese's priests. They got sued into bankruptcy for child molestation. Gay child molestation.

Instead of running the church he's a congressman.

Not much difference. I am sure he thinks there is no problem with Catholics, just like you.

That's an interesting article, but it doesn't allege that homos made up a significant percentage of Nazi leadership. There was definitely some kinky stuff going on there, though.

Catholics are sinners. Sorry we can't be like you, who rejoices that he is not like the rest of men.

"Why dont you try and defend his political decisions instead of attacking me?

Why don't you take issue with his political decisions instead of blaming him for problems in the Catholic diocese of Tucson?"

I dont trust him with little boys and Republicans.

I dont think a "man" is a sodomite. And I doubt the bible does either.

Since you seem to have a burr under your saddle about Catholics, excuse me if I'm leery of your biblical exegesis.

If you in the Los Angeles area, go to the Simon Weisenthal Center.

Go down to the basement where the research staff are located. Ask them if they can produce a single photo of what would be considered an attractive man in a KZ, wearing the pink triangle or being charged with crimes against nature so to speak.

I dont have a thing personally against Catholics.

When they use their pulpit for public policy I do get upset.

There are quite a few bishops who have advocacy problems.
And it's not just Catholics.

When speaking of immigration issues on Mexico; Catholics should be quiet. They are the reason, along with the Spanish the culture of corruption has never subsided south of the border - to this day there are problems with corruption. Thats why many have to leave to "find a better life" here in the US and cannot fix their own country and stay home. When you run a country for 2-300 years and corrupt it, you lose moral authority to demand anything of a host nation or influence policy. That's above and beyond the issues they have with Sodomizers or "sinners" as you say.

You have some real cajones calling folks Nazi's on this forum and defending Catholics.

I'm sorry to be so dense, but I don't get your point. I don't know what a KZ is, or why somebody's apppearance while attired in it makes any difference.

It's been a long week, and I'm glad I have tomorrow off.

I'm no historian...but from what I've read over the years, the ranking
Nazis that were outted were in the SA, not in the SS. E.g., Ernst Rohm.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Night_of_the_Long_Knives
(Not to say there wasn't an identified group of gay SS officers, but I've
just not read of such yet)

Books to consider?

One that I've NOT read, but that did a lot of discussion at freerepublic in the past:

The Pink Swastika: Homosexuality in the Nazi Party
by Scott Lively, Kevin E. Abrams
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0964760908/qid=1152234819/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/102-8416863-1448144?s=books&v=glance&n=283155

I get the feeling from reviews it might not be the best book that could be
written on the topic.

A book I HAVE read:
The Master Plan : Himmler's Scholars and the Holocaust
by Heather Pringle
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0786868864/qid=1152234997/sr=2-1/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_1/102-8416863-1448144?s=books&v=glance&n=283155

A GREAT book about Himmler's "Ahnenerbe", an institute dedicated to all
manner of research and exploration in order to prove the Aryans have been
the top of the heap since time eternal. A great study in what sort of a mess
a group of PhDs and MDs can make when the moral compass gets pitched.

ANYWAY, the book did have a couple of pages of Himmler's views on homosexuals.
He thought they were a real drain in The Nazi State because they weren't
busy making new Nazi babies. Thus he was all for getting them out of the way.
And he was concerned that the hyper-masculine atmosphere of the SS
might lead to homosexual bonding of the troops...thus lowering production
of those Nazi babies.
(The book only spends 2-3 pages on Himmler's reasoning and actions on this topic)

As a history major in undergraduate college, I never learned that...

Homosexual deviancy is really a pagan practice (and a self-induced social psychosis) at war with the Judaic culture over what is written in the book of Genesis (1:27, 2:18).

This is exactly what the National Socialists were at war with... so, when someone uses the terms "Gaystapo" or "Feminazi," they might not realize how close to the truth they really are. (Also, consider their eugenic breeding programs.)

Aleister Crowley, who openly supported the National Socialists, was affiliated with Ordo Templi Orientis, A.A. (Order of the Silver Star) and other such occult lodges all across Germany. Crowley engaged in all manner of deviancy, homoeroticism, sadomasochism and murder. Much of the occultism in National Socialism is derived directly from there. Crowley envisioned himself as the Great Beast (To Mega Therion), just as der Fuhrer made himself in that image. Hitler's life as a struggling, inept artist was where that association blossomed.

Crowley's creed, "Do what thou wilt, shall be the whole of the Law," (which is actually from Francois Rabelais) and used by Neo-Pagan nutcases without attribution for obvious politically correct reasons, is with certainty no different than the National Socialist "will to power," or their ubermensch mentality.

It is also no accident Nietzsche's "over-man" and nihilist philosophy and resulting insanity from venereal disease closely mirrors the insanity of der Fuhrer.

These occult orders, sex and drug cults still survive today, as do the Neo-pagan, Neo-Nazi groups, black supremacist Rastafarian potheads, prison gangs and other related filth.

Crowley occultism is also from where L. Ron Hubbard emerges with Scientology. Note the NAZI symbolism of that kooky cult of weirdoes and their deviant adherents. (Germany cracked down hard on the Scientologists for that very reason and because they are using similar mind control techniques.)

The societal practice of abortion is ritual mass murder upon the altars of conceit dedicated to idolatrous vanities, a collective human sacrifice before pagan idols. It has a similitude to the Teutonic paganism of Adolph Hitler (whose idolatry was the idea of a "master race," among other things). In effect, these genocides are a mass human sacrifice to those pagan idols. The abortionists, like the National Socialists, incinerate the remains of their victims.

You read Stormfront? That's where all the white supremacist news is and, it seems to me, they'd be considered enemies too.

I do from time to time. Every now and then, they'll pop up in mainstream forums with arguments that seem superficially persuasive, and it pays to be prepared for them. Not to change the bigots' minds, but to keep them from swaying impressionable lurkers. It doesn't take more than a brief skim, because they haven't come up with a new argument in about 40 years.

I can't believe you would post such an ignorant array of nonsense on a public forum. The Catholic Church was PERSECUTED in Mexico for most of the 20th century. No priests were allowed to appear in clerical clothes in public, the land on which churches were built was owned by the state, and churches were shut arbitrarily by the Mexican government up until the 1950s.

The Catholic Church, far from "running the country" has no influence on government policy in Mexico.

You're a stupid man, axes. You don't know anything about the Church in Mexico. And, the Catholic bishops in America have every right to speak about immigration. Pope John Paul II gave several discourses on immigration, in favor of legal immigration and compassion toward immigrants.

You have some real cajones calling folks Nazi's on this forum and defending Catholics.

I invite you to prove that I called anybody a Nazi. You, OTOH, have demonstrated a bigoted attitude toward Catholicism with your profound ignorance.

Turns out he's a cross-dresser who also posts at other forums as "Shirley".

Now, there you are, jumping to conclusions. It could be a painfully obscure, long, drawn-out reference to Airplane!

I'm not a cross-dresser. And stop calling me Shirley.

KZ= Historian shorthand for Concentration Camp in German.
I just found it significant as to the number of pretty boys who were locked up ().
And I've met a several old German army officers who blamed their defeat on "all those homos" around Hitler.
One of them was important enough to be sponsored for emigration by the OSS/CIA due to his connection with the Galen Organization. Of course Hitler's closest buddy, the head of the Brown Shirts was an open and notorious pervert. Even had his love letters to his catamite published in the Berlin newspapers. Of course after Hitler came to power, those editors who did were sent off for re-education.
