It's the second half of the season, so TNT (and to a lesser extent, NBC) return to the TV mix. This half will be NBC's swan song for NASCAR and TNT's swan song for the Busch Series.
We've got a full slate of racing this weekend, as the Busch boys and Buschwhackers run a 3/4ers race Saturday afternoon, and the Truck boys and girls run over at Kentucky Saturday night.

Of course the fuel thing had nothing to do with his slowing in the corner either.

I always thought Matt was a decent guy, but good lord he was a whiny little %^$%^^%. He pulled up in front of Gordon and got dumped. Whining it was payback for Bristol is just him trying to get Nascar to fine Gordon.
To: NormsRevenge
Time for a fried chicken run - goes at half price down the street at seven. As always - good fun.
Go to absolute hell Jeff Gordon.

Matt said his car wasn;t good enough to win anyway.. Shoulda pulled over and let 'im go then. He would have been second, easy.

Aw sure.
Can't we all just get along... no.
What in the world was Kenseth saying that this was Gordon getting his payback for Bristol....
I have never found anything to like about Gordon, other than he has a hatfull of championships. Now what could Robot have done to elicit any possible "payback" from Flash?
Anyone? Anyone?
Buehler?

Stop being so biased and watch the 17's relative location to the 42. The 17 and the 24 were both closing, the 17 stopped.

The one where Kenseth almost stood on the brakes in the corner and got wrecked as payment.
So Gordon dumps Kenseth and brings out a yellow. During the yellow Kenseth runs out of gas. If Gordon hadn't dumped Kenseth he would have run out during green and easily lost a lap. As it was, Kenseth finished 21st.
It seemed Gordon did him a favor.
If not, what am I missing?

Are we sure Jeffy didn't get engaged to benny parsons and the rest of the NBC flunkies? I haven't heard such ass kissing and excuse making since Aint' that the truth. That was disgusting. NASCAR doesn't have much teeth in it's "probation" but I've known that for years anyway.
To: somemoreequalthanothers
If you watch the replay, Kenseth was loose before Gordon ever touched him. Kenseth just proves once again that he's the biggest crybaby in racing.
To: don-o
You really need to watch the replay. Matt pulled down to get around Mears and had to check up and Jeff was moving up. It has happened many many times on different tracks with different drivers and will continue into the future...
