This is great. Other than a small percentage of the population, at what age do people drive the most? I strongly suspect it is the 16 to 25 year old bracket. Who is going to be the most pissed off at these socialist/democrat tax increases? Well, that same group.

I thing the age group that drives the most is the
middle aged employed sector. I drive more now in my
dotage than I did as a kid.
nope.. next bracket up. the soccer moms that drive some kids to daycare, some to school, goes to work, gets one kid takes him to soccer, another to ballet, one home, goes to the store, back to get kids, then home.
what i'd like to know is how will this tax apply to delivery drivers, truckers, otr salesmen, and state owned vehicles? what about car dealerships, will they have to charge taxes for test drives? what about rentals, who pays for it?
