NK is a totalitarian dictatorship. There is absolutely ZERO reason to allow such a government to exist in the 21st century.
The WORLD should establish that all governments must have democratically elected governments subject to the will of their people and any countries that refuse to comply will be open to attack.
If the WORLD does not do this, the USA should impose it.
