Howard Dean was the frontrunner here for a long time but Kerrey won--thus the scream.
.... the infamous 'Dean Scream' was the end of poor Howards campaign. Actually worked out well for the GOP because with Dean destroying the DNC, I 'll lay odds that the GOP not only holds the house and Senate, but may actually gain seats.
