Maybe the US Democratic Party and the New York Times can work together to supply the North Koreans the technology and information they need to get one of those missiles to actually fly while at the same time they can work to deny funding for the US anti-missile program. Such actions would foster cooperation between the communists of North Korea and the communists of the United States.
