I have a question as I see all the events surround Lieberman and the likelyhood that Joe may run as independent. If Joe does run as an Independent, and assuming he wins...who does Joe caucus with? With Dems or Republicans? Anyone has any ideas? If Joe is forced to run as an Independent he certainly does not have alligience to the Dems...

and if more males would treat women right, abortion wouldn't even be an issue at all...I agree with your first statement Spirit.
This one I may be misconstruing as it may usually be the women who decides to have the abortion.
Getting pregnant in the first place is the responsibility of both. I am Catholic so hold strict ideas on this.

He's good on the war, but on every other issue he is a liberal Democrat.
That sums it up nicely. Lieberman himself has said if he were aginst the war in Iraq, he would be unopposed for the nomination. The war is now the litmus test for Democrat candidates. This is why Chuck Schumer was able to overlook new Democrat James Webb's years as a Republican. His endorsement of Webb was based upon Webb's opposition to the war.

My point was that if males would be man enough to marry the girls and be breadwinner and protector, most girls would choose gladly to keep their babies.

The Republican running against Lieberman is a "moderate".
In other words, he's pro-abortion.
I don't vote for pro-abortion Republicans, unless the alternative is an anti-war Democrat kook. So, when I vote for Christopher Shays, it will be solely because he supports the war while is opponent, Diane Farrell, is actually a very talented lady as capable as Shays...but she is against the war. So I vote for Shays.
But if it's Lieberman versus some pro-abortion Republican, I have no incentive to get out there and vote for either. If it's Lieberman versus some anti-war nutjob, obviously I have to support Lieberman. However, Connecticut primaries are closed, so Republicans and Independents don't get to vote in the Democratic primary.

It could be the best thing that ever happened to him, and it will help pin the rest of the party square onto the Soros-Moore-Pelosi-Dean kook camp like they weren't already there to begin with.

Why Are Democrats and News Media Sabotaging Joe Lieberman's Campaign? Because he is pro-life, he really believes in God, and he's a practicing Jew?
No brainer.

Why are those groups sabotaging Joe Lieberman.
Because he has a chance against Hillary.
Because he's of the hebrew faith, jewish origin, and would have their backing.
Hillary hasn't figured out how to lock down that voting block.
