Can someone tell me when the "moment of Citizenship" arrives on the child of an illegal alien. Is it at delivery or do they have to reach 21?
How does one know if their is no birth certificate?

Well, they get a birth certificate when they give birth at taxpayer expense....after they get their free prenatal care and WIC, of course. Then they take that shiny new birth certificate, and apply for welfare.
