I do believe Rush has grounds for a law suit concerning his treatment by Customs at Palm Beach Airport. He wouldn't sue for monetary damages because that would come out of our pockets. He should sue for a public apology from the shrew of a Customs agent with a Gestapo complex.

Dang, all I saw was a little "x." I realize that the money would still be coming from us, but he could donate it to a conservative charity or group. But, it's his call. Nonetheless, I hope he does file a nasty lawsuit.
