Perhaps you can explain the shortcomings in the existing immigration laws that need reforming.
Perhaps you can explain why the Bush administration refuses to enforce the existing laws.
Perhaps you can explain what the new laws will do that will cause the executive branch to enforce the new laws when they refuse to enforce the ones already on the books.
