they likely aren't past the multi-stage handoff part yet ............ About the same as the Chinese ten or twelve years ago before Hughes and Loral fixed it for them.What's to stop the Chinese from handing it off to N.K. to have them do their dirty work in the future?

About a week ago I heard Bill Gertz say that the Taepodong-2 sitting on NK's launch pad could very well have technology in it that the Commander In Briefs gave the Chicoms.
