The NYTimes revealed highly classified To Secret information, the release of which helps the terrorists who want to kill us.

Where are the calls for investigation in the MSM?

The new York Times getting this information was not a leak!!!! it was a breach of security and we need to call it exactly what it was. From now on all freepers need to call it exactly that!!!

Thank you for hearing me out

If that happens, the NYT, Lichblau, Risen and Keller must be held accountable for their actions.

It's interesting but this Times tradition of bias and a hidden agenda (not much hidden today!) goes back for decades.

A book was recently published by Laurel Leff titled, "Buried by the Times: The Holocaust and America's Most Important Newspaper".

I can't go into all the details and research but her basic assertion was that Arthur Sulzberger (father of today's Pinch) deliberately and willfully minimized the reality of Hitler's holocaust.

This fundamental reportorial dishonesty far antedates Jason Blair and the divulgence of highly classified state secrets.

The Times doesn't even pretend to care for their employees and their chillins. Understand? Got It?

Someone work with me here..remember new york treason editor keller said..paraphrasing.."the terrorists knew about the monitoring anyway"..imagine me as a private citizen would somehow appear on a tv show and said that..I think..or hope the FBI or Law enforcement person would want to talk to me about how I could possibly know that...is it just me???

You know, it is fundamentally an expression of impotence that all we can do is wring our hands and call for "blame" to be placed at the feet of the Times, when in fact it should be indictments.

And there is no need to wait for the next attack. The indictments should be handed down as soon as a Grand Jury can be empaneled to hear the evidence.

Who knows? Maybe this process is already underway. If it were, you surely wouldn't want to gas it all around town.

What you want is the element of surprise when law enforcment shows up with the arrest warrants.

Unfortunately, if the Times were investigated and charged; the MSM would spin it into "McCarthy Hearings II". Movies would follow. The Times traitors and their sources would be portrayed as brave defenders of the `1st Amendment.

I'm not saying it shouldn't happen -- but, that'll probably be how it's spun.

keller said..paraphrasing.."the terrorists knew about the monitoring anyway"

but...but his own reporter said in the article, at least 9 times, that the program was secret/classified. How could the terrorists know about it if it was secret? What does Bill Keller know about what the terrorists knew and when did he know it?

We need to have a cartoon of Pres Bush trying to connect the dots, and making progress, and the media behid him trying to erase the connected lines.

"Times must share blame if people die in attack"

Newsweek's bogus koran/toilet story cost many lives in Afghanistan, but did they care? You think the NY Slimes will care if people die as a result of their sedition? Fat chance.

I don't know how it was a secret. Every time I make a major transaction at my bank I have to answer some sort of patriot act question. And I have a list provided to my business monthly of folks I cannot do business with...and if I do, and am caught, I will lose my business and go straight to jail. I hope everyone out there in business for themselves has this list. All their names are programmed into our computers.

All this is public knowledge. So what was the big secret NYT published? That we are tracking their transactions? Duh, they are tracking all major transactions and it's no secret.

What did I miss?

A quote from the Viet Nam War, addressing what many of us knew, but the likes of Hanoi Jane Fonda and Hanoi John Kerry denied by claiming the Viet Cong were a "revolutionary indigenous group," with no links to North Viet Nam. Northern Commuist Party Historian, Nguyen Khac-Vien, in a 1975 interview openly admitted that the VC were predominantly comprised of North Vietnamese Army regulars, saying, "The [Viet Cong] was always simply a group emnanting from [Hanoi]. If we [the North Vietnamese] had pretended otherwise for such a long period, it was only because we were not obliged to unveil our cards."

Even our enemies know when to keep their mouths shut. With the New York Slimes blabbing every secret they can discover, makes one wonder just who our real enemies are.
