And Cannon actually came in second place at the Utah State Republican Convention. He barely survived into the primary.
"Your willingness to...not respond to...substantive...dispute [to] your claim...with anything but childish insults, well, it speaks for itself about the strength of your contentions."
Tightened it up a bit. Now it's okay. As edited, you can apply it to the FROBL now en masse, my fellow racist xenophobe. 8)
Nice language.
I love how you folks are trying to paint a rosy picture on an utter defeat.
Hope you had a great day. So many of us keep the true spirit of what this day is all about in our hearts. Gotta hit the sack for early work shift.
In all wars there will be unjustifiable killings. Although the New York Slimes put that photo on the front page to slander our soldiers it actually showed us what is right about our military. A very very very small number of our soldiers have committed crimes. When they do they are prosecuted in a military court that will get to the truth. If innocent they will go free. If guilty they will pay for their crime.
Our enemy in Iraq exalts and celebrates and encourages the most horrific of crimes against our troops and other Iraqis. The New York Slimes exalts and is joyous when these actions take place. Al Queda has lost the military battle and can only hope to win the political battle just as North Vietnam did. North Vietnam lost that war but won via the pages of the New York Times and CBS News. This is the same game, with a different enemy overseas and the same enemy at home. The enemy at home is far deadlier than the one that is shooting at us.
Thank you, it was wordy I admit. LOL
Gingrich likes the Pence immigration plan
Newt Gingrich gives kudos to the Mike Pence immigration reform plan in his latest Human Events column: One positive addition to the border-security and immigration debate is Rep. Mike Pence's (R-Ind.) bill, the Border Integrity and Immigration Reform Act. This bill is as close to the right solution as I have seen. It sets up a four-step process starting with what is needed and universally agreed upon -- border security. Second, it does not provide amnesty for people in the United States illegally. It requires them to go home. Next, it sets up a work-visa program using electronic bio-metric security based on conservative market principles. After an American employer can, in good faith, show that no American worker will fill a job offer, a work-visa holder may be hired. The key feature is that, in order for people who are here illegally to get a work visa, they must go home, because work visas will only be issued outside of the United States. Fourth, once the program is set up, companies that continue to ignore the law will be sanctioned severely. I hope the House will take a serious look at Rep. Pence's thoughtful and pragmatic approach to solving this issue.
They won't, and it's gonna hurt them because she has gotten even MORE strident and strange. She represents the ever growing Moonbat Wing of the Democrat Party, and the more press they get, the better for the Repubs. in November.
"... the Times will fall into line - or else."
That's funny .. I have recently been thinking the same thing.
Either the NYT will give up the leaker, or Hillary may find a way to leak the information unless the NYT gets in her corner.
I don't see it that way. They're moving away from these people because THEY HAVE TO IN ORDER TO WIN .. and it has nothing whatever to do with what they believe. They really side with Murtha .. but they see it will not get votes so they will pretend they are distancing themselves .. counting on the dumbed down electorate to forget what they said last week.
The dems are NOT getting it - they simply want to win an election and they cannot if they stand with Murtha and Sheehan.
