AND I found out the moon smells like spent gunpowder today. I knew it had to smell like something in that they came back from ELA all grimey and whatnot.

I don't know 'bout y'all, but I find this stuff terribly exciting (and watched ANYTHING that was televised).

it was even more recording the moon walks in real time, I HAD old real to real tapes of apollo 11,12,14,15,16,17 and some skylab stuff plus to old newspaper clipings... all long gone :-( now
