That's an interesting question. Perhaps. But it doesn't mean the knowledge was properly used.
Consider: people in the area (I lived there) -- people like landscapers, UPS employees -- people who would have no interest in the case at all were it not kept before them in all the media -- were all of a sudden experts on 'persistent vegetative state' and 'life support,' pitifully parroting the talking points that they were taught like very obedient children, unconsciously perpetuating the myth and building the edifice of deceit wherein the laweres, judges, medical professionals and associated personnel -- those who knew better -- did their evil. One man declared, "her brain is water!" I suppose as groundskeeper of the Hospice, he was qualified to make such an assertion.
The real story here is how effective the media campaign was in allowing evil to strut and snatch from a safe place a defenseless and innocent person, depsite the exhaustive efforts of good people. Evil's weapon was the lies it told over and over, effectively subverting the rule of just law that our republic is equipped to administer. This is a strategy that we cannot afford to ignore.
The people are the government, and when the people are deceived, the government is a tool in the hands of evil.
