Most accept the definition of anti-Semitism to be along the lines of an unreasoning & all-encompassing hatred/disdain for Jews & the Jewish Faith itself exemplified by varying degrees of blanket bias & bigotry toward all Jewish people as a discernible group all the way through to outright pathological hatred coupled with a desire for universal harm toward same and/or their wholesale destruction.
The
Catholic and most other Christian Churches adjudge anti-Semitism to be a sin by definition.

Literally, it means unreasoning hatred of semites, and things semitic. Semite/semitic being a language group that includes aramaic, hebrew and arabic. This would thus include Arabs.
However, in accepted usage, it means hatred of Jews, Judaism, things Jewish.
