Actually the civil war analogy is quite scary. There was no reconciliation for decades after the civil war. I guess the only prescription for ethnic divisions to heal is time. It would not be a big deal but for the fact that our troops are in the cross fire.

Then in the "real world" I would suggest that we take no prisoners. Otherwise our soldiers will have to be detectives and lawyers on the battlefield.
