marshall should take a map and find his district. He obviously thinks he is representing a district in Massachusetts. He number one on my list of the rats most likely to lose.

My posts are not a plea for multi-language balloting. They are to point out that the legalease is precise language (deliberately written with wiggle room).
Having voters cast VOTES on such legislation based on paraphrased translations is inadequate. It is a vestage of "separate but nearly equal".
Government should be conducted in English in this country.
There are some border towns in Texas that conduct city council meetings in Spanish.
This country is falling apart because we have been told that what "was" was evil.
