They give those cards to anyone. A couple of local radio show hosts acquired those cards and they are white.

Yep! Just like Socialists (Communists). They really don't want their lower class of mestizo and brown aboriginal population determining their "elections." I can't for the life of me understand why the illegal immigrants hold any loyalty to group of white Mexicans who kick them out their country, encourage them to risk their lives and childrens' lives getting here, and then don't support them at all. I would have absolutely NO loyalty to my "home" country if they did that to me. And I really can't understand Bush being such a milksop on this issue. If he really believed in human rights, then he would confront Mexico on this issue.
