They've done their research! And their land backs up against federal land so no one can ever build near them. They enjoy a garden and flowers, so now they'll have plenty of room for that. They've lived in towns--small ones, but towns nevertheless, for the last 20 years or so.

Is it dry out your way?

The surface water here in the Wind River Valley is too alkaline to drink and we get our water in town from a deep well. The people living out of town haul water from the well in town and they have cisterns. The high price of diesel is hurting the people who have to haul their water.
