True, but don't you take a vehicle for a test drive before you purchase it, try out all the bells and whistles? If Little Kim launches a rocket, it is big news; when the Ruskies do it, ho hum. Granted, it is an unlikely scenario but it is not out of the realm of possibilities.

We're not at war with Russia. We are in a state of war with N Kor. Makes a difference in the degree of alarm we should display for otherwise similar events.

I disagree. We have a problem with Il Kim because he won't tell us when he will launch, where the rocket will go, and what is on board. It is part of the treaty.
He told us and other members of the UN to screw off.
