My guess is Rush is at a level where he can do pretty much whatever he wants, he has all the money in the world and undoubtedly a good contract.

I do hope Rush get the affairs of the heart resolved sometime soon. His hanging out with a CNN babe is bothersome though. Everything else he seems to have under control.
