Zogby interactive is legit -- this is not like the polls where anyone can just participate, you have to be invited and can only vote once. This kind of interactive is more reliable than phone polls, because no sensible people ever pick up the phone and talk to a pollster anymore, but they are willing to participate in online polls.

My recollection is that the Zogby Interactive polls were extremely inaccurate in predicting results in the 2004 presidential election. Fortunately they tended to be heavily biased towards Kerry, so that's probably good news for Arnold rather than bad.
