There is no doubt that this building purchase is good news; but renting a spot for this activity is probably not difficult - - if we raised enough $$$ to buy the buildings housing every clinic in the U.S. this month; by August they would all be back in business somewhere else...
The real solution...two more SCOTUS justices...

The "other" story I read indicated that the abortion mill had a loss of 16% of their business and was behind on their rent payments. That triggered the building owner to sell. The buyers made it a condition of the purchase that the tenants would move out.
Any new location would run a credit check and find they were late on rent payments. Not a huge factor but its something. Where some people don't mind renting to an abortionist perhaps they'll mind not getting paid for it.
