We have yet to receive a response. And yet … and yet Jack Murtha voted "NO" on the resolution
Having not received an answer to the first question and him voting NO on the resolution, I'm not holding my breath while waiting for him to answer the second question. I don't believe we'll get an answer.

I believe his "action", in not answering, pretty much gives us our answer. You know the old saying, "Actions speak louder than words"? This is a perfect example.
