There was a time about 6 months back when I had concerns about this forum. I felt homeless and regretted feeling unable to support it. I have never judged this site by my personal political standards but rather what I expect from a fair minded conservative who desires an open forum of ideas. I do not envy you for the decisions you must face each day to promote and encourage FR.

I have been happy with your recent moderator decisions, and I believe FR is a forum I can endorse and rely on. Please keep up the good work.

Hi JimRob it'll be a sad day if you have to tell Virginians, or any citizens of a state, they can not participate by freely giving their funds where they please.

Over the weekend I had an opportunity to go to Washington DC for a day. Several things struck me as strange. How is it that the government can make us buckle up for our protection in our private cars, yet leave citizens vulnerable to accident and injury in public transportation. The subways were clean and convenient but at the speeds they travel you'd think there would be more protection than a pole or a seat with no seatbelt.

Another thing that makes you go hmmm, how democrats scream and beg to increase minimum wage, yet many use minority labor (or is it hispanic labor) at such outrageously low wages.
