Will unions at domestics finally adapt go and catch up with these more productive "freelancers".

Perhaps the UAW should look into changing their slogan from Working Together to Not Working Together, because the union will have to make consessions or G.M., Ford and Chrysler will go out of business.

If you are waiting for a union to "adapt" to anything besides showing more of their pinko/socialist basis for their existence, you'll be waiting a long time.
I love American cars, but if it requires the deaths of the "Big Two" American manufacturers to bust the UAW, so be it. If the workers hadn't been abused in the early days of the industry, and if the unions had not used their political leverage to eliminate Right to Work Laws, we wouldn't be in this mess. Of course, a HS dropout would have no chance of making $125K/year tightening a bolt repeatedly, but.....
