What in the world is a "think sheet"?

Something that will follow him for life in his permanent record.

While in the past we thought that such data was confined to our school years, advertisers, the FBI and by extension Hillary Clinton and the DNC have now sought out the "permanent records" of citizens across the country.

Our schools have those, but they are called a "refocus"
You have to fill out a sheet and tell what you did wrong-what your going to do about it-what measures you are going to take to make sure it doesnt have again, blah blah blah...

my son had a sub one day and some of the kids were being rowdy so she gave all the students a refocus. my son put what he did wrong:"reading"..... you can figure out the rest. i hope the school found it amusing;)
