I felt that way too, def- but it was the 1992 convention for me. That year the DNC had it in New York and Mr.FF was still at PBS so he was there. Therefore I had time to watch it all -- which I did because I wasn't a huge fan of Bush41 and I truly wanted to see what they had to say. After watching that entire convention I was determined to vote for GHWBush come hell or high water. Like you I had an unexplainable aversion to both Clintons.

May the mocking of the treasonous SOBs continue and may it hurt advertising. They need to pay an economic and legal price.

We need another one on the court. Remember, CJ Roberts had to recuse himself because he had helped with the decision at the lower court. Kennedy seems to want the attention, and will go which ever way will get him the most.

If they quote Ann correctly, it won't work.

I love the way Rush said to the Dem teacher "...your a nice guy." Ha! Can't complain he was treated meanly.
To: Fudd Fan
Yes is was really weird, because I was not even watching the DNC, just happened to see him, and I had no clue who he even was. I am a Bushbot so in 92, well I didn't think the old man would lose.

This guy is acting pathetically.

That interchange was a prime example of Rush only needing to use half his brain, etc.

I was really upset when 41 lost. I liked him alot.

"unexplainable aversion to both Clintons".
...good instincts.
To: AliVeritas
That seems to be in question. They used the date of 9-17-01. And, as Rush says, they ignored a congressional law from last December that took Gitmo out of the courts.

Retroactive laws are unconstitutional. Not quite...Ex post facto CRIMINAL laws are unconstitutional. In tax cases laws are often passed retroactively. Jurisdicational cases IN THE PAST have been declared suspended in the middle of an appeal. Also, the laws of war is definitely a grey area.
