Well Mexicao has finally (hopefully) decided that they don't need and ever expanding criminal class.
I doubt there was anything benificent in Mexico's decision to return outlaws to the U.S. There are too many of the to house in their jail system because of the expense.
"Let the U.S. take care of its own felons and those from Mexico as well", is their mantra. Has anyone seen the count these days of Mexican felons enjoying life in our penal system?
