LOL. I often use the same method you describe in searching for legislation. You get some real interesting results if you type in things like "Mexico" or "Trade".
In this case, I just wandered on over to Speaker Fabian's website and voila! A bill number! It made searching much easier (but possibly less satisfying, lol).
