I'd be curious to hear what San Diego folks have to say about Plescia and his performance so far. I'm residing far from the boarder but even this tired, old vintner can tell that Plescia is a made man with the Wilsonegger gang. Pete Wilson, Bill Thomas and Paul Folino probably made him a deal he couldn't refuse.

Plescia is my legislative rep. He's was a better soldier in the minority than as its leader.
