This is a prayer request from MamaB, who asked that I let "the Dose" know.
I will not be able to get to the dose tonight. I have ILA. Just wanted to let someone know that my brother-in law is in a coma in the ICU in a MS hospital. My sister called us this morning to tell us. Hubby is not doing well at all. He has a terrible yeast infection which was caused by one of his chemo drugs. They took him off the Zeloda for the time being.
I have a huge problem with a pinced sciatic nerve. Someone said it is stress. Who me? Under stress! Who would have thought it?

So true. I love that he seems to be in touch with his realities and emotions, and yet be so rooted and grounded.
I wouldn't be in his shoes for the whole wide world, but am so grateful that he is my President right now.

I've never gotten a toaster. Does that help, or does misery just love company?
Misery does love company. LOL!
To: silent_jonny; mystery-ak
Toasters rock! ;)
Pouring a little salt in the wounds, heh? Careful, or i'll ship you to Club Gitmo, so you can try these tactics out on the prisoners. :)

Has he tried to read any Vince Flynn novels? if he likes 24, he will like Vince Flynn's books. I've also heard that Ted Bell's books are good.
To: SnarlinCubBear
Maybe we should try putting caps on how many toasters you can get? do you think that would cause toaster lines to form?
To: STARWISE
LOL! I love that skit too.:)

The entertainment was provided by the Brian Setzer Orchestra, known for song "Jump Jive An' Wail." For the longest time, I couldn't stand that song. I misheard the lyrics and couldn't figure out why parents were letting their teens listen to a song with a chorus like "drunk drivin' well." I guess this is just one more reminder that even if I could sing, I would be a karaoke nightmare.

You're funny. =)
What did the "drunk drivin' well" turn out to be, unscrambled?

The pup is NOT a hostage. ;-)
Evidence of existence trumps hostile threats.

LOL! That is cruel. When you're hungry, ham smells really good. They will be in quite a dilemma.
To: silent_jonny
That is so cute. Candy will live forever on the Internet (that's the puppy's name, cuz her first "collar" is candy-cane striped).
I'm glad you got a good laugh out of it. (I did too.)
