we can't just shoot and ask questions later sometimes... what are gonna do? We need human intelligence.. We didn't have such connections before 9/11.
Clinton practically castrated human intelligence efforts.. instead he would lob a missile or two and go on cameras to congratulate himself afterward.
If it's "human" intelligence we need, we'll have to capture some humans instead of these animals.
