I'm sure that's why Stevens and Ginsburg are holding on to their seats despite their bad health. I think it was verified that Ginsburg still has cancer isn't it? I'd be more concerned with my health then my job. Stevens is in really bad shape too it seems like. Barely gets out of the wheel chair anymore I believe.Oh, I hope you're right. I don't want either of them to suffer, either--I just want them OFF THE COURT. Preferably today.
Exactly, I'd pray for them to both live to 110, IF it got them off the courty TODAY, like, an HOUR ago. :) It would be educational for the next 20 some years for them to see how the SCOTUS is SUPPOSED to operate, according to what the Constitution SAYS, not what they WISH it said.
And a truly educated liberal who "gets" the Constitution, is no longer a liberal. You can't REALLY understand the spirt in which the Constitution was written and understand the greatness of this country and it's founding, and be a liberal. The two ideologies are like oil and water. Or, clean and crap. The crap that is liberal ideology doesn't mix with the beauty and perfection of the Constitution.
