Forensics tests showed "the sensitive files were not accessed," according to special agent in charge Bill Chase This is from an organization that can't decide if the employee did or didn't have permission to take the information home or just how much information was involved. I have as much faith in that statement as I did in any campaign promise by Bill Clinton.
