When Democrats walk away from another loss in 2008, this ruling will be remembered as a tipping point against them. We cant let Liberals decide who sits on the Supreme Court.
It wouldn't have been my favorite strat, but I think Bush can turn this into a HUGE, HUGE advantage by immediately having the House write a law on this. Make his the ISSUE OF 2006!!

This is a bad decision, plain and simple. It is self-contradictory.
But the message will be here forever: We cannot trust Democrats in the Presidency because they threaten the survival of the United States.
that all depends on how the white house reacts to this. they are often reluctant to say anything negative about SCOTUS rulings. so if you can't go on offense, that means you are on defense.
this ruling is an outrage. 5 members of the Supreme Court of the United States - are ruling in favor of non-citizen terrorists - at a time in which brave US soldiers are losing life and limb to defend this nation against the very same people.
It sickens me.
