"...the reporter and his editors can be sent to jail to rot. Since national security is involved, reduce family visitation to near nothing. That'll fix their traitorous butts."

Nonsense, IMO.

There are too many ignorant American voters who would buy into the 24/7 visual headlines comparing this administration to 1930's Germany.

Just stop buying the dad-gummed paper and/or supporting its advertisers.

Putting reporters and editors into jail for failing to identify people guilty of leaking national security secrets (secrets which protect the average person from the Bin Ladens of the world) would be supported. Further, it will serve as a deterrent to many other reporters doing the same. Oh, and when some reporters spill their guts (and some will), then the leakers will be identified and prosecuted...which will deter other potential leakers, which is the object of the whole exercise.

Just stop buying the dad-gummed paper and/or supporting its advertisers.

I did the first more than 10 years ago. Identifying all of the advertisers is a bit more difficult, especially since I won't buy the paper. Nonetheless, it is the best policy in the long term for all of us to follow. Hit 'em where it hurts the most - in their traitorous pockets.
