You know, this doesn't seem all that humorous to me. Lots of folks are in danger from this flooding. If you find it amusing, how about laughing somewhere else?
I guess the people who are making jokes are the same ones who make jokes whenever people are in trouble. It's a shame, and I hope they're never faced with an emergency like this one.
