Took the train home (Rome, NY) from NY City yesterday afternoon. There were places along the tracks where the signals were out due to heavy rains. The rivers were unbelieveably high. Haven't seen that in a while. The train was about 1 1/2 hours late getting to my stop. I guess I left at a good time or I'd have ended up being stuck in NY City for a few days longer than I needed to.
