I doubt they are knob gobblers at that age.

I swear, the 'good' laundry soap is gone and now it's all made in Mexico from goat chips or something. No wonder there are so many brown shirts around. ;-)

Moronic cologne ad campaign is apparently working Do I detect a little playa-hating here?
How can it be moronic if it's working? That's what ads are supposed to do - get people to buy their stuff.

I had to move to a different part of the subway car this morning because some pants around the knees teenaged punk had so thoroughly doused himself with this junk that I couldn't breathe. curiously, there were not six or seven hot chicks clinging to him.

I have "Axe" spray in Kilo scent. I dunno about the name. But I can't vouch for its effect on my love life.

If anybody other than the chick you're making out with can smell your cologne, you're wearing too much cologne.

There were some free samples of Brut at the gym a couple of weeks ago. I tried one.
Then I remembered why I stopped wearing it in the 70s.

I bought some of that junk. It doesn't smell that great, and women didn't jump all over me any more than usual. ;>)

I'll keep using what I've been using:

Ah yes, Brute. Thats the one I was trying to think of from back in the day. How about a little English Leather? Yuck!

No joke this is 1977.
I'd been working in New York for Christmas break and was flying home on Christmas Eve. I'd bought a bottle of Brut for my dad for Christmas. Already had it wrapped.
The medallion on the label set off the security alarm. I had to unwrap the package.
Guess I should've gotten him a box cutter.

Thanks for the blast from the past!! As a teen in the 60's, my fave was "British Sterling". Hated "English Leather" and any of the musk stuff.

Nothing wrong with a nice scent. Davidoff's Cool Water is my cologne of choice, and believe me, it has gotten more than a handful of compliments from females.

My boss is alergic to most smells. So no perfume of any kind here.
