Just another in the ever growing list of judges who need to be taken off the bench.

I see. So I suppose the drowining death of MaryJo Kopechne could have been prevented if Ted Kennedy had taken scuba diving lessons. This is just more passing the back and assigning Zero responsibility to the one who committed the crime. It makes me want to puke.

omg judge just rule if you must but keep your inane personal opinion commentary to yourself at least while you are on the bench.

Apparently the Kops stop illegals driving unregistered, uninsured cars all the time in Massachusetts and let 'em go. Almost all uninsured cars are driven by illegals in the PRM. (sigh.)
Can you imagine going to Canada or England or France(!) and driving around in an unregistered, uninsured car? Sheesh. Only having the accidents Americans won't have.
As a demonstration on FOX 25, a cop in some town (not one with heavy infestations like Framingham) took a reporter and cameraman on patrol and said that the first car he stopped would be an unregisterd illegal. It took two hours, but he made good. Think about it. A cop in a relatively "white" town in a "white" state can go out and reel in an illegal, driving an unregistered car in two hours, any time he wants.

Driver's Ed -- is that all he's complaining about? Gee, I bemoan the fact that we can't elect an illegal alient POTUS.

In Nashville not long ago, a driver with "dozens" of arrests for intoxication hit and killed a couple. Supposedly it was never reported or picked up on that he was in the US illegally.

Cornetta reportedly used the occasion to decry the fact that illegal immigrants dont have access to driver training, saying it raised public policy concerns. Does the perp even speak English?

What we will never know is whether Mr. Costa had some kind of driver training, if perhaps this tragedy would never have occurred, the judge said,
I know one thing for sure, if this "illegal" was kept out of the country this tragedy would never had occurred!!!

the Kops stop illegals driving unregistered, uninsured cars all the time in Massachusetts and let 'em go. Almost all uninsured cars are driven by illegals This is happening in other states as well. I have a nephew who quit the police force because of what he was being told during training by his mentor in the police department. He was told if you stop an illegal on the wrong side of the road, drunk driving, for any reason whatsoever, let the illegal go. He couldn't handle this type of attitude towards the law being broken and left the police force.

Howie Carr covered this story on his radio show in Boston yesterday. It happens all the time around here: unlicensed illegal aliens driving unregistered, uninsured cars while drunk and/or stoned out of their minds, and the authorities can do NOTHING about it. Then, adding insult to injury, someone gets killed by one of these serial lawbreakers, and the courts bend over backward to help....the criminal! Need a translator? No problema! Free taxpayer-funded counsel? Si, señor! Bail money? Here's the number! "Para español, presionar "dos"! Everything Free in Amer-ee-ka!

This judge should be fair game, especially for those of us who did have drivers ed.

I certainly do not care much for Bill O'Reilly but I will give him credit for shining light on the scum that is dressed in judicial robes. Here, I am surprised that a Boston paper would call attention to this sorry excuse for an officer of the court. I believe it only goes to show what bad shape our court system must be in when you can read about in the Boston Herald.
