What does that mean?? Sounds like a bad ruling!

The Court okayed the vast majority of the map, and the impact will be minimal.

It is an okay ruling, not the best outcome, but not going to overturn the GOP dominance in Texas.

It was a good ruling that justified Tom DeLay and his redistricting plan for Texas. Of course MSNBC would skew this good Republican gains story to fit their diabolical liberal agenda. There were I believe 7 seats which switched to Republican after the redistricting. There was only one seat that was in a Hispanic district that was seen by the SC as aiding and abetting discrimination. This is no future problem because the seat belongs to Bonita (sp.) and he is Republican and Hispanic. This was a no win SC decision for the libs. MSNBC is really getting absurd.
