After the war, literally millions of "displaced persons" were returned to the clutches of Stalin and other communist regimes -- and never heard from again. Boat people fleeing Vietnam and Cuba were picked up at sea and sent back to the tender mercies of Ho Chi Minh and Fidel Castro.
