That's always the mistake single issue voters make and that is why single issue candidates ALWAYS lose. There are hundreds of political issues that effect all of us and it the aggregate of those issues that normal voters for for or against.

You are right. In fact I would go even further. Single issue voters and candidates always make the mistake of believing their solution to the single issue is the one everyone wants.
